17-year old German kills 15 people in school (0)

Tim Kretschmer, a 17 year old son of a wealthy man and gun collector walked in at Albertville school where he got expelled from and killed students, 3 teachers and a passerby before shooting himself.

Report says

Police said he walked calmly along corridors and through classrooms, shooting his victims in the head as children ran and jumped from windows to escape him.
I just have to ask, What is happening to the world?
