A sad but true story about how people irresponsibly add to the problem of world hunger.
Who says we don't have enough? We have more than enough. We just don't know how to share. People have to really start to become more selfless and think of ways to reach out to the less fortunate.
Watching this video brought tears to my eyes. A friend shared it to me and now I hope to get the message to you too.
This short film won the Berlin Short Film Festival.

I just want to cry! How can I sit here and eat now without feeling guilty? How sad. It is like you know what is going on in the world but still do nothing. How can one person help? Maybe we can contact all the fast food chains or something and have them send food to other places out of the kindness of their hearts? I always give as much as I can to food drives etc. Not just the food we won't eat but the good stuff too! It never seems like enough though. Any ideas?

I know it'll feel like what we're doing individually isn't helping much but in fact it's one good step towards our fight to end world hunger. If we all do even just small ways of helping (not wasting food, giving to food drives, handing out bread to the homeless, etc), we could be making this world a better place to live. One day, one step at a time. It would also be great to get involved in charity events and fund drives. You in your own way could start in your own neighborhood. You could talk to the restaurant owners about bringing extra food to the homeless shelters since they always just end up throwing food at the end of the day (especially fast foods).
It's really nice to know you have been moved by the video and that you are actively doing what you could to help this cause. Spread the love :)
