On a flight in Australia, 4 baby Stimson pythons escaped their container box. They were to be transported from Alice Springs to Melbourne and were about 6 inches long.
When the plane landed and it was realized that the snakes had escaped, a team had to search for them in the plane causing airline to cancel 2 flights after that. The snakes were not found so the plane was fumigated so it could resume operation on Wednesday.
The snakes weren't endangered and weren't venemous. Whew.

Wow. Luckily I am not afraid of most snakes. Spiders on the other hand!!! Can you say arachniphopia?

Imagine the chaos it might have caused if they found out the snakes were missing DURING the flight. Hahaha I'm not afraid of snakes too. Guess what? I'd rather hold a huge snake than a live chicken :D

That sounds really scary. I'm glad this situation didn't turn out worse.

I know. They must've been so relieved to find out that the snakes weren't venemous.
