Report says

The grandad-of-four, who plans to try kickboxing next, said: “It’s an indescribable feeling, it’s my passion.”

The OAP of Basildon, Essex, added: “I’ve been accosted in town. People see a little man with grey hair and put their hands on me, but I knew what to do, enough to see them off.”
Don't you young ones just get challenged by this? I believe self defense is very important. Some unfortunate incidents happen when you're totally not expecting them. Won't hurt to think a step in advance, right? Nice one, grandpa!

You miss out on life and what it really means to live. People have different interests so I don't want to just talk about one thing here. I myself am interested in so many things and I get bored with just reading about one single topic over and over again.

I'm here to change that.
