Since it's Holy Week, I thought I'd re-post this entry from my old blog. This is one of my favorite prayers:
ST. FRANCIS XAVIER'S HYMN OF LOVE
O GOD, I love thee, I love thee-
Not out of hope of heaven for me
Nor fearing not to love and be
In the everlasting burning.
Thou, thou, my Jesus, after me
Didst reach thine arms out dying,
For my sake sufferedst nails, and lance,
Mocked and marred countenance,
Sorrows passing number,
Sweat and care and cumber,
Yea and death, and this for me,
And thou couldst see me sinning:
Then I, why should not I love thee,
Jesu, so much in love with me?
Not for heaven's sake; not to be out of hell by loving thee;
Not for any gains I see;
But just the way that thou didst me I do love and I will love thee:
What must I love thee, Lord, for then?
For being my king and God. Amen.
This is such a beautiful prayer. What moves me is You being there on the cross.. not your promises of heaven or of escaping hell.
I love you simply because I love you.

QUEEN BLOGGER .. of anything & everything interesting!
By anything and everything, I literally mean ANYTHING & EVERYTHING! It's really my mood that dictates what I discuss here. Topics will range from Fashion, News, Fun, Activities, Internet, Gossip, Hollywood, Movies, Sports, Politics, Philosophy, Culture, etc.
Now you know what I mean. In this hectic, man eat man world, most of you forget to have fun. You miss out on so much because your everyday is becoming so work-centered. Ugh it's disgusting. You miss out on life and what it really means to live. People have different interests so I don't want to just talk about one thing here. I myself am interested in so many things and I get bored with just reading about one single topic over and over again.
I'm here to change that.
Browse around and save yourself from getting wrinkled foreheads from all that stress. Here will be my melting pot of my oh so many interests.
Enjoy and make sure you drop by again! Bisous!
