Damages could add up to over $4B because she and her friends posed with slanting eyes in a group photo.

Complainant (and victim of discriminatory act?), Lucie J. Kim, said she represented over 1 million people in LA of Asian Pacific Islander descent.
According to Miley, she was just making a "goofy face".

What do you think? Where is a teen star supposed to get $4 billion?
